Pastificio Monteleone is a Calabrian artisan company specialised in the production of dry pasta extruded through bronze, perfectly in tune with the Italian tradition and the high quality, taste and flavour. The pasta produced by Pastificio Monteleone differs from the industrial product by the drawing technique, as well as through the use of high quality flours, 100% Italian, without any additives or preservatives. The long and slow drying allows to preserve and enhance all the organoleptic properties of pasta and favour its digestibility.
